How do I exchange or refund the goods?
ALL GOODS SOLD ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are required to provide order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange within 24 hours of goods receipt.
Do I need to pay tax on the goods?
All displayed pricing in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The prices displayed do not include shipping cost and Sales and Service Tax (SST) 10%. We will charge for product, shipping costs (if any) and SST. The pricing contained in our price list is subject to change without prior notice to you.
Do you provide delivery?
Currently, only self-collection is available. Delivery is available for full 40 footer truck of goods.
Why the measurements are different?
All measurements are approximate. The use of different scales could be the reason.
Care of products.
Our products are easy to maintain. Simply use a damp cloth together with a mild detergent, wipe and rinse off with tap water. Leave it to dry and it is as good as new!
